Return Policy:

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must include all accessories and tags.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer support at support@one-clickpicks.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, package the item securely.
3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support.

Refund Process:

• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
